Sue came to one of our open houses in Concord, met with her after the open house and she asked us to help her find a home for her family. Sue thought the east bay would be affordable but realized her commute every day to Milpitas but be long. Sue decided to stay in San Jose area, we explained how competitive the market in San Jose was and that a successful transaction will depend on her trusting our expertise and following our lead.  Sue was pre-approved with a lender and knew what her budget was.

After a few showings, she fell in love with a cute flipped house, perfect for her because she wouldn’t have any fixing to do to it. We presented a very competitive offer which was accepted right away.  We encounter a bump in the road with lender, but it was all worked-out. The seller and Listing Agent were very understanding, we kept them informed along the way, and we successfully close escrow and Sue and her family moved in right away.
